Shipping & Delivery
Delivery shall be charged at £8.95 including VAT for all orders up to the value of £99.99. Orders to the value of £100.00 or above shall be subject to free delivery.
There will be no pre-advising of delivery unless your items are unavailable. In which case we will phone or email you to arrange an alternative delivery date or discuss your option to cancel. For orders placed on a weekend we aim to deliver on the following Wednesday with the exception of bank holidays, but this is not guaranteed. Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
